Before work commences, please read and acknowledge the following points relating to your project.

A. Site preparation:*

I confirm that the site will be accessible for plant, materials and deliveries unless otherwise agreed.

I understand that if vegetation, trees, debris or other obstructions remain on site that were expected to be removed prior to works, additional labour may be required.

I understand that ground conditions may vary from initial assumptions and unforeseen works may be required once excavation begins.

B. Materials:*

I understand that natural materials such as timber, stone and aggregates may vary in colour, grain, texture and appearance.

I acknowledge that materials supplied are subject to availability and suitable alternatives may occasionally be required.

C. Waste & disposal:*

I understand that waste volumes may increase during the course of works and additional skips or disposal costs may be required.

D. Program & delays:*

I understand that weather, ground conditions, supplier delays or additional requested works may affect the program of works.

E. Variations:*

I understand that any additional works requested outside the original estimate will be treated as variations and may incur additional costs.

F. Payments:*

I understand that invoices are payable within the agreed payment terms and that timely payment is required to maintain progress on the project.

I understand that exact ground conditions cannot be fully determined until excavation begins.

I understand that additional drainage or structural works may be required once ground conditions are exposed.

I understand that project drawings may evolve slightly during construction to suit site conditions.
